Granola Crunchy Honey
a treat for breakfast!
For about 1 kg, or 12 people:
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
flakes Oats:
360 g of rolled oats (mix of buckwheat and large flake oats)
100 g almonds, coarsely chopped
100 g walnuts, coarsely chopped 1 teaspoon
salt
Flavor:
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
160 g sultanas
Sweetener:
200 g honey 2 tablespoons
tablespoons sunflower oil
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 160 ยบ C.
2. Heat honey and sunflower oil in a saucepan until the mixture is very liquid.
3. Mix all other dry ingredients except raisins (add them at the end).
4. Put mixture on two baking sheets. Bake the granola for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
5. Mix the granola with raisins sultanas.
Store granola in an airtight container.
