Ovulating And Lots Of Mucus!

Muffins beet and oat bran

I still had a beet salad after my Japanese style, I wanted to incorporate it into a dessert, I remembered a recipe setting favorites in the blog Clothilde, neither one nor two, I threw myself!

Ingredients:
- 120 g of oat bran
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a good pinch of salt
- 100 g sugar cane
- 1 raw beetroot, peeled and
grated - 1
stirred yogurt - 2 tablespoons of sunflower huilede
- 2 eggs

For 12 muffins: about

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
In a large bowl, combine bran, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar with a whisk to remove any lumps. Add the grated beetroot and mix gently.

In another bowl, whisk the yogurt, oil and eggs. Pour into the first mixture and stir with a spatula until there is no trace of flour. Add more yogurt if needed. It is normal for the batter is slightly lumpy: resist the temptation to overwork.

Pour into muffin cups, filling each three-quarters mark. (An ice cream scoop is handy for this.) Bake for 12 to 16 minutes, until surface is golden muffins. Serve warm or at room temperature.

recipe that inspired Clotilde, of Chocolate & Zucchini blog!

Return Trip

As you have noticed this year we changed the formula for travel, and have opted for a cruise. We left Marseilles with the company "Blue de France".
is a man-sized boat about 600 passengers and 400 crew members!

We had booked a suite to enjoy a private balcony and more private space.
In fact we had a separate bedroom with a huge bed, a large living room and bathroom good size.

We have embarked on Sunday afternoon, and after an evacuation drill in case of accident, we sailed towards Olbia in Sardinia:

A nice tour of the Emerald Coast (About forty kilometer grids) with the village of San Pantaleo and the small port of Porto Cervo.

Tuesday it was Palermo, Cefalu direction , a former fishing village, carefully restored to become a great tourist stop; having passed through the streets leading to the sea and found a superb laundry, we were able to do some shopping and enjoy a delicious cappuccino accompanied Canolo on this charming place.

Wednesday, the most beautiful port, I think Malta, arriving by boat, gliding smoothly along the ramparts, was magnificent!

An idea for next vacation more focused ...

We Acosta near a giant sea, beside our boat making barely half of its height!

We even found the village and was shot Popeye in 1980/1981 with Robbin Williams since the site was bought by the Maltese to make a tourist attraction

Departure by jeep for a tour of the island off the beaten track.
A magnificent view, far from the bustle of cities, a moment of pure happiness!

In the distance, the rest of our little group beside the jeep that brought us.
The weather was superb, we even caught a beautiful sunburn!

Another giant of the seas, the company Costa, it seems

Thursday:
I do not know if it is clearly visible in the photo, but the Mediterranean is not so flat as that ...
stopover in Tunisia, this time we are not descended the platform, already knowing the place and we took advantage of the spa on the boat, massages, sea water pool with jets and whirlpool, jacuzi .. . happiness, happiness

Friday evening:

The arrival Ibiza, not very cavorting, constructions everywhere! That evening we took a shuttle to go for a walk downtown, it's very gay, the city wakes up at night, with its multitude of shops, stalls on the sidewalks, its wineries ...

Saturday navigation and landing in Marseille on Sunday morning
+ + points this cruise :
- the charm, the
elegant boat - our room, superb
- meals: the choice between different places to eat: Restaurant (Map changed daily and all meals), the bar, self service, quality meals
- the quality of staff, very polite, smiling, always at your pampered at the same time there was almost a person 2 passengers ...
points - :
- framed too too family like atmosphere, I loved to feel a little more "lost"
- The stopovers, too short and a bit expensive, if I known, I just took a ticket for the shuttle which brings to town and we have visited on our own
- a day sailing is a long time is too long and there was not so animated it on board (card games and ballroom dancing, no thank you)
