Pappadeaux Yvette Sauce Recipe



alla siciliana buffet to celebrate the return of the holidays!

Like every returning from vacation, it's become a tradition , the family expects to be When prompted to organize a meal-record holiday meals, of course related to the country crossed! As we made several stops, our choice fell on Sicily, the more I've bought a very nice cookbook that I was ready to test soon.
We worked Hom and I together, to organize a beautiful and good meals for our guests.

a black olive tapenade, a spread of artichokes with toast and herbed olive oil,

nuggets of cauliflower,



of grilled sardines stuffed with anchovies, raisins, pine nuts,



peppers roasted garlic, parsley, olive oil,

cream bean, toasted croutons, olive oil,

green olives with herbs,

an assortment of Italian cold cuts,

donuts tuna

an overview, and we were only 7!

a plate of pasta with sardines, admittedly not very photogenic, but so tasteful!

I unfortunately forgot to take the desserts, everything went too fast, but there was an assortment of cookies, almond panna cotta and almond-orange flowers (home), accompanied an almond liqueur, a little treat!
Everyone walked away satisfied, and we still have eaten for three days so we had prepared!
